A $20.00 retainer fee is required to book all orders. This is a one time, non- refundable fee that ensures the event date is reserved and goes toward any materials needed. Please note, this fee must be processed the day the order is processed and complete.
There is a $10.00 rush fee for all orders placed within 5 days of your celebration.
Please state if you have any food allergies or aversions. We do our best to accommodate your needs and requests!
We do not offer fondant cakes. We will however incorporate some fondant strictly for decorative purposes.
Payments are accepted and processed via Square invoicesand must be paid in full within 24 hours of pickup. We do not accept payments via cash or check.
If you would like to make any alterations or changes to your order, this must be communicated at least a week prior to the event.
Delivery is offered on a case by case basis and calculated by distance. Additionally, delivery is only offered on Saturdays. All orders must be picked up at our local community office.
We do not recreate other artists’ work. All designs and creations are my own accompanied by client requests and inspiration photos. We guarantee that the flavor(s), size(s) and design element(s) will be met as outlined.
Rachel’s Kitchen is not held liable for any damages to the pastry post pickup. The client is responsible for the environment in which their cake will be located. Cakes require a sturdy surface and a room temperature of 75 degrees or below.
Pickup or delivery details are confirmed 24 hours prior to the event.
‘Rachel’s KItchen’ reserves the right to refuse service for any reason as per Chapter 509.142 of Florida Legislature.
